Penedo (rock) is one of four apartments at Quinta Olivia. The two person apartment takes its name from the huge rock that serves as the foundation of the house and is left partially visible in the living room. Penedo has two floors and measures 213ft. You enter the spacious kitchen (65ft) overlooking the valley of the Lima.

A staircase gives access to the cozy living room which is equipped with a comfortable sofa and fireplace. The living room gives access to the bedroom with a large double bed (6×6,8 ft) and ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet and power shower. The living room opens onto the private terrace and garden with panoramic views of the Lima valley and mountains of Peneda-Gerês.
