Application form
If you are interested in one of Quinta Olivia’s apartments, you can use the application form for the relevant apartment (at the bottom of the menu of the apartments). As soon as possible after receipt of the form, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability, rental price and other conditions of the apartment in question. Until now, everything is completely non-binding for both parties.
Reserve
If you agree with the proposal and want to rent the apartment, please send an e-mail back with your name and address, mobile number (which we only use for contact regarding arrival and departure) and the number of your passport or identity card. The latter is an obligation of the Portuguese government. At that time we will reserve the apartment for you and send you a rental agreement.
Payment
After sending the rental agreement you have 4 working days to pay the deposit (25%, minimum € 100,-). After receipt of the deposit, the booking is final. Payment of the remainder must be made no later than 6 weeks before arrival. We will not remind you of this unless of course the payment is not received on the agreed date.
Payment is done securely via bank transfer, so no hassle with credit cards.
Option
Not sure about the booking yet? Still need to book the flight, arrange a vacation at work or plan the rest of your trip? Then you can always request an option. The maximum term is 48 hours. You can indicate this on the application form.
